First ride since .....

..... trying to make myself part of the road surface!

Yup, took the Flying Jaffa cake out (as DD still has the Strom, awaiting me to pick it up ).

Reckon it'll be awhile before I attempt a rideout, as I only did about 10 miles but boy do I ache now !!
Still, it's a start I need a lie down now
