| Well folks it's been a long, long time and I was definitely going 'cold turkey' but with the sign-off from the consultant and a few visits to the osteopath under my belt (pardon the pun) and a back-brace in place I managed my first ride out on the orange bomber at the weekend! Only went down to Top o Town cafe but lovely to be out again on two wheels! Please god this weather lasts a bit longer so that I can get out and enjoy it! Cathy  | |
