Hi Craig,

"Enduro Africa" 2011 was a Charity Event, and a PDMC Member will give us a presentation on club night.
I hope you can make it.

Details of club night activities are put on the forum the week of club night. But to give you as much notice as possible it is put on the banner as soon as it confirmed.

ENDURO AFRICA 2011 - What's it about? Should I go?

In October last year a team of 13 riders undertook a very challenging off-road ride across the Wild Coast of South Africa in aid of charities suppoprting vulnerable children.

It involved 32 river crossings (yes wet boots from day1!) steep climbs and descents over testing terrain and lots of other things.

Why do it? What preparation is needed? I'll look at these issues as well as show pictures and a few videos of the trip itself. There were highs and lows, but it was a life-enhancing experience.

The presentation will last 45-50 and leave time for questions. I hope you will enjoy sharing this mad undertaking with me.

Should you go? I very much hope so, who knows you yourself may consider signing up for the next trip!
